After being kicked out of the scene for illegal filming, Hollywood TV came back, this time on the roof to shoot some footage of Kanye West's All of the Lights. Here you can see Mr. West completely into it as he normally is in his music videos grabbing his head, punching air, and that type of stuff. We'll have the official video when it drops.
